ok.. Haven't seen this one yet - or maybe I didn't scroll back far enough...

How about a flight tracker? Something like what FlightAware or other apps (think CloudA**y) can do.

It's there, but it depends on which device you use.

Assuming you're using an iFly 720, look on the SD card in the \User\Logs directory for files named "<number>.log", where <number> = the date and time of the flight.

Copy the logs you're interested in, then upload them to your favorite GPS tracking tool. GPS Visualizer (www.gpsvisualizer.com) is one of the easiest to use.

If you're not using a 720, post which device you're using and someone will probably be able to tell you where to find the flight track files.

I am not the one that asked the question but I have the same question for the Andriod App version. Is there a flight tracker for this application>

Yes, the Android creates a GPS log file for each flight you take. The path to the stored files may be different depending on your specific Android, but it will be similar. On my LG, the path is

/storage/external_SD/Android/data/iFly.GPS/files/iFly/#FlightLogs/

As Cobra mentioned, you can feed the desired file to gpsvisualizer.com and the resulting file can be opened by Google Earth to see the flight path.

Not just yet. I had previously worked with Cloud Ahoy, but that dead ended when they bacame a paid service and where only interested in integrating with our iPad app. We need this to work on iPad, Android and our iFly devices. We have this on our internal wishlist and will revisit this with another partner or possible develop in ourself. I hope this helps.
