It would be helpful to have the option to selectively view high resolution versions of the approach plates and airport diagrams for a destination airport. The version that shows up on the iFly app is much lower resolution (harder to read...) than is available from other products. This is especially noticeable when zooming in on small text, which is much of an approach plate. Let me know if I'm just missing a setting somewhere and this is already available. BTW, I have already selected the "High Resolution Charts" option in the Advanced Settings area of the Check for Updates screen.
I'm guessing the higher resolution version is PDF rather than PNG. If that is the case it is possible that the PDF version would take up less storage than the PNG version anyway. I'll try inserting examples of each below for comparison:
