I shows the sectional,but none of the buttons work.

So it is showing your plane and the sectional, but the UI is unresponsive. Is it tracking your position correctly on the sectional while in this state? Do you happen to have a screen protector of some sort on the iFly?

I have no screen protector. When it is locked on the sectional page the plane icon is not showing. I tried the follow plane button but nothing happens. One thing I did notice before the lockup the numbers in the track instruments just keep changing and give information that is almost opposite what it should be. When it locks up it stays on that location.

Ken, any chance there is a power problem such as low voltage from the cig lighter? If not, I think you should contact Ed on our support desk (888-200-5129) for next steps.
