Tried the AGRS today for the 2nd time. While flying level, I zero the AI, and it immediately starts rolling over. I have my Stratus mounted to the side window, sideways with suction cups. Would that cause this failure?

I had the same issue Stratus AHRS. 

The artificial horizizon would just start to tilt and I would have to continuously recalibrate it. 

It was great to have the AHRS...when it worked and I wish there was something reliable we could use with IFLY.

I returned the Stratus to Spruce for a complete refund.

Did not know about this method.

I enjoyed having the Strarus when it worked.

I wanted it for when an engine failure overan undercast so I can descend through the clouds to the best landig option.

Guess I'll go to Spruce an pick one up for a retry.

Wish we had an on line operator's manual for IFLY. May have been able to look this up.
