You say this is on Android devices.

The wifi connection is part of the Android system, not part of iFly.  You can demonstrate this by uninstalling iFly, and then watching the Android devices' wifi settings to see them either connect (or not) to the Lynx wifi when iFly's not even on the device.

Are you trying to say something else, like the devices are connected to the Lynx wifi, but iFly's not recognizing the Lynx as an ADSB device?  If so, can you be more specific about exactly what you're observing?

android tablets seem to work OK with ADSB but still having ADSB wireless issues with the 740.  I still can't understand it.

Neither can we, because you haven't given us enough data to go on.  There are suggestions earlier in this thread to remove unused "(Pre)" networks on your 740, which is a known issue.  Have you done that?

when I disconnect all wires from the back and power on while sitting in the aircraft it connects to the Lynx by wireless, but if the wires are plugged in, it does not connect by wireless.  If the wire are connected and I power on and then go to the wireless page, I receive a continuous spinning image, it's looking but never finds.  the only why out is to power off.   I'm thinking it has something to do with sensing the autopilot.

no the autopilot connection is not the problem.  the unit simply sits and spins when I select the wireless option in setup.  something changed from working perfectly when I did the map update or maybe my unit went bad.  another guy across from me purchased a 740.  I'll try his unit to understand if it is a common failure.
