Since the latest map update I can only connect to Lynx 9000 ADSB if I cycle the power while in flight.  Something changed with the map update on the 740b.  No other changes to the Lynx wireless.  The Android iFly app works fine and connects to ADSB without recycling power.

There are some suggestions in this thread addressing your original post.  Have you tried them?  I think they are likely to address your issue.

Also regarding your initial post, what did you mean by "the GPS refuses to reconnect in the procedure turn when commanded"?  Could you please try to describe that issue more clearly?

I reinstalled all the software and have my Lynx set as "pre" in the 740b, but still have the issue with ADSB.   However, the unit now seems to be back to normal for connecting to the AP in the procedure turn.  I am convinced something changed in the software with my latest map update.  I thought a map update should only be that, and not slip in any other changes.

I would like for iFly to confirm there were no changes to the wireless initialization for the 740 during the map update.    simple enough to confirm if this is true, correct?

I updated the iFly maps on my two android units.  Now it seems they don't connect to the Lynx wireless ADSB without exiting the application and restarting.  No change to the Lynx wireless.  The only change was the android iFly map update.   Something is changing to the wireless connection.
