Add flight rules to color to suggested runway

Is the background of the box surrounding the active runway in the Airport Info popup always green? If so, I'd suggest adding meaning to color and have the color depict the flight rules (pink for LIFR, red for IFR, blue for MVR and green for VFR). In the attached the suggested runway is 18 and with the feature request would be in a 'blue' box for MVFR versus the current green.

The background of the runway is from the Runway Advisor, depicting if it's the recommended runway or not. The flight rules for an airport are depicted right on the map as long as you have METAR/TAF selected in Map Mode.
