I have the ADS-B status window on my display because I think it is useful to know if I am receiving.  It tells me when the tower goes idle or out of range.  I also get a banner across the bottom when this happens, as well as two blue dot notices on top, one of which can be inhibited. That's four indications for one event.

I want to be able to disable the banner and the blue dot notices.  In the areas and altitudes I normally fly, I am constantly in and out of coverage. That causes a never ending stream of warnings. It gets distracting.
