I like to use the Portrait Mode - I notice when the the "Brightness" comes up with the yellow bars to indicate the level, it runs off the right side of the screen. Any way to fix this so it is centered on the screen in Portrait?

Thanks,

John

John,

That is on our list to work on. It's actually a firmware fix that if more difficult as if affects the entire unit. We know about it and we are working with our OS source to see what we can do about it. Thanks for your patience.

That's OK - no big deal - just a minor annoyance. Everything else works so great that I wanted to be sure that it was a common bug and not something wrong with my 720. Even though I can't see all the yellow bars, I quickly learned I could turn up the brightness with the remote, so if I'm unsure as to the level, I just give the remote brightness up button a few punches.

That remote is really a nice feature! I think I'm going to put a spot of Velcro on the back of it and stick it to my center console for easy access and to secure it when not in use.

Thanks,

John

Yep, that's exactly what I did. Velcro'd it to the center console of my 172 just to the right of the trim wheel. I'm glad you are liking it. I think you'll really like it in the air, it only gets better. Have a great evening.
