Astro Link AHRS / GPS / ADS-B Receiver $600
Stratux with Battery and Suction Mount $225
Both look like relatively low cost ADS-B in solutions that seem reasonably well integrated/usable with the iFly
Both have some AHRS capability (something my basic instrumentation in my LSA lacks, and I'd like to have.)
On the "you get what you pay for" school of thought I'm trying to get my head around what Astro Link is giving me for that additional $375 in cost.
Anyone think they can summarize, or deny, there's $375 worth of more in the Astro Link?
I like that the Stratus is battery driven.... fewer clunky wires to try to thread on or under our small instrument panel.
Is the Astro Link's AHRS superior either in performance of display?
