Flight ID display

Operating with a Stratux unit, latest version. Works great but would like to display the Flt ID field(aircraft identifier) along with the relative altitude of each aircraft displayed (now it just displays relative altitude.). I know you can tap on each aircraft to bring up the ADSB info box but thats a pain when looking for a particular aircraft. Is there an option to display flight ID by the displayed aircraft?

Tom,

I think I understand your question...

If you zoom in close enough, you will get the flight ID. It is not displayed on every perspective.

The developers here can explain why, but sometimes I seek the same info and simply zoom in to find the tail numbers (if they are available). Many are not displayed due to not having ADSB out or have privacy filters installed already.

Thanks Mike. I tried that in my house here and it seems to work well. I'm a newby to Ifly and appreciate the "hand-holding". I'll try it on my next flight and see how well it works.

That's right, and also if you click on the traffic it'll pull up a little more info - tail number etc.

if they have a privacy filter on for some reason it will come back as BLOCKED

Also, many aircraft with ADSB out are not displayed consistently--especially those with 978 UAT transmitters. And altitude is always a factor, too. Low = invisible (but not to the FAA, according to the FAA).
