I'm glad somebody asked that and got an answer.  My 720 will show an N# but only if I'm less than 800 ft AGL and with a target or multiple when on TAC chart set to the 3.7 mi radius if those a/c are within that narrow ring.  If airborne more than 1000' only see a red arrow (if close), but have to tap it to see full details.   Thought it was some sort of setting I was missing.   I'm very near (on the ground at home) to arriving and departing traffic to ADS, DAL, or DFW and no matter how close or altitude, the N# does not display along with the various color arrows - just shows + or -  feet above.  Would be nice to have a setting to display N# w/ the + or -  then be able to tap to get full info.
