Bryan, I am truly sorry about this. We fixed other issues, but apparently not the issue you are experiencing here. I don't think this issue is widespread or we'd be getting more reports. Nonetheless, chances are that you are not alone in experiencing this, and we are going to try and fix it.
Since we are currently unable to reproduce this bug here, can you please reinstall version 11.0.63, and reproduce this bug, then restart iFly, and do "Menu => About => Send Bug Report => Default Log" so that we can see. In the email body, please tell us the symptom (what you saw), just to make sure we connect that bug report this this forum thread.
