Hi John, did you upgrade your Android device to the latest release on Play Store?  (Dec 31st release of 11.0.57)

For the laptop, can you please email me a zip of your "C:\_iFlyGPS_Data\User\#Logs\" folder?

Hey John -

I've been sending this post to everyone who has the problem you're facing -

In response, we just now released 11.0.57 to the PlayStore, which does not require "Phone State" access, and seems to fix this Lock-out for all who have tested it.

Please get this latest 11.0.57 Release from the PlayStore ASAP, and it should restore functionality for you.
(You'll know it's 11.0.57 if you check "What's New" and is shows "Last Updated, Dec 30th".)

As the PlayStore takes a while to rollout to everyone, it might not show up for you in the PlayStore immediately.

If you are in a big hurry, you can instead get this new release from our website.

Brian:

The update cured both my android and my Windows 10.

This experience ,ake one realize just how much we depend on IFLY being there. God help us if we have to use charts again.

Also I realize if IFLY dies I can't see targets.

Scary...

PS: I inadvertantly deleted my link to the Beta forum. I have some inputs for RP
