Yes but thanks for asking... I'm going to call Dual tomorrow and ask for help.... Brian is also reviewing a log file to see if it's on Duals end...

I’ve found it much easier (and way cheaper) to troubleshoot ADS-B issues while on the ground. If you can locate a nearby ADS-B tower, just drive there and park at a convenient location. Fire up your XGPS170 and iFly. You can then play with all the features and displays without burning 100LL or JetA. You also don’t have to worry about aviating at the same time.

Here’s a fellow who has compiled a database of tower locations that you can download into Google Earth:

BTW, we made a fix in 9.4 (to be released this month). Now for the Connected Device status box, we have two lines at the top - the first one to indicate connectivity between iFly and the device, and the 2nd line then indicates whether or not the ADSB device is receiving data from the towers. It now looks like this for 9.4:
