I use the iFly for Android app on a Nexus 7 tablet. I really like the ability to customize the screen layouts. It would be really nice though to be able to enlarge the data boxes on the screen beyond their current max size. As is, the max size is just a tad too small to make out comfortably and quickly from across the cockpit of a 172. There is plenty of room on the 7" display to accomodate larger data boxes without interfering with the map display.

Thanks for designing such a great app - and for making it readily availble for us non-IOS users....

Larger instruments and fonts are included in our next release. And you'll be all set to go.

Another feature I would really like: when flying a flight plan, to have the option to put 3/4 of the flight plan ahead of the plane icon, and just 1/4 of the (already flown) plan behind the plane. Makes for better situational awareness. How many pilots would choose to devote 1/2 of the screen to the past, where you've already been, given a choice? Not many. In addition to the screen orientation mgmt. issue, that's the only other thing that FlightPro has over this app that I care about. TNX.

I'm just a user, not a developer, but I don't understand your request.

At only one point in your flight will you be 1/4 through your flight plan, with 3/4 to go, so I don't understand that part. Do you mean that the moving map should be oriented such that 3/4 of the screen is showing where the plane is headed, and only 1/4 showing what you just flew past?

If so, then the app already does that. When you're sitting still and not moving, the map centers on your plane, so if you've only looked at the app while sitting on the ground, that's the view you've seen. Once the plane is flying, the app adjusts (based on your direction of flight, not what's in your flight plan) so that most of the screen is showing you what you're flying toward.

If that's not what you're asking for, could you please clarify your request?
