Brolin--and All--I'm afraid that's not quite right.

My iPhone's iFly shows 3 NOTAMS for KJYO, but the FAA shows 6. My wife’s ancient iPad iFly shows 4 NOTAMS for JYO.  My Win 10 version shows 4 NOTAMS.  My iPhone iFly omits NOTAM 12/004. My 740 has 5 NOTAMS (!!!!!): 12/002, 12/001, 11/005, 11/002, 01/008 

iFly’s NOTAMS do NOT include those related to the DC SFRA Restricted Zone, which includes JYO. Nor do they include the special 1226 squawk code for arriving and departing JYO.

Furthermore, my iOS devices don't show JYO's special maneuvering area, LMA, which is a small exclusion from the SFRA that allows pilots to arrive and depart without filing a SFRA flight plan. That entire area is heavily monitored by people who have no apparent sense of humor, so those missing NOTAMS and the LMA boundaries are important.

My iPhone and the iPad have version 11.1.19; the 740 and the Win 10 have 11.1.17.

Sorry this is a messy report. It's late and I still have to put the trash out.

I've sent in a bug report for the iPhone version via TestFlight; but others might see what turns up on their devices.

I'm looking at JYO on iFly right now, I have 5 notams, this is the same for all my devices.  Strange that you are getting different results, are all your devices connected to the Internet?  And give them a few minutes to update if you just started the app.

Looking at FAA's site, there are 6 notams.  And the missing one is "VFR Practice Instrument Approaches".  I see why it's not in the feed we're getting, this is a non-standard looking notam...the ID doesn't follow the ##/### format, and the details are in a popup.  I'm putting this on my list to research, see if there is any way we can also capture notams like this.
