I previously wrote on the forum about my trouble with getting any GPS signal with the 720 mounted on the back of the pilots seat for back sweater use in my RV8. It was virtually unusable without the externaln GPS antenna. Since then I've installed the antenna and I now get a good signal even when I'm in my hangar with the door opened. Outside and flying it works like a champ.
I adjust wanted to let you all know how good the reception is with the external GPS.
now if we can get Traffic to show..:(
