Inspired by some of the mounting options of the other users, I set out to makemy own. I started with RAM Mount B-125U. http://www.ram-mount.com/CatalogResul... I encourage you to shop around as I found a variety of prices. I like the large mounting bracket as it gives many options. It also is a nice large surface to mount the monitor. I suspect that it will also provide a good surface for the battery pack once I receive it. I used a 1/4" carriage bolt and grounded down the top of the bolt and took a little off 2 sides. This fits great in the slot. I used 2 rubber fender washers. I wanted to only use one, but the monitor tightened up in the wrong direction. Depending on the orientation options that come down the pike, you may get by with only 1 rubber washer. Also, this gives some flexibility for turning the monitor to produce a course up orientation. I found a female 1/4" knob for the final connection.

One step that I took that I think really helps is that I tapped the existing holes in the mounting bracket. This allows the monitor to tighten up on the bracket with no play.
Here are a few pictures.
