i will have to say your customer support is top notch,i was missing a power cord for the battery back-up,contacted support through e-mail and explained the problem.instead of an e-mail response,i got a phone call from a very nice lady that really helped me and without any hassle she sent me a replacement free of charge.after this experience,i will continue to support and purchase adventure pilot/ifly products in the future and i've also recommended your product to alot of people at the airport.keep up the excellent work.
