I was looking for a small plastic case to protect it in my flight bag. I came across this case P/N 641 (with foam) from Plasticase.com for 10.00 US+shipping. Though it is a Canadian company the unit shipped from New York. Works well.

I put my unit in a cloth bag and put the bag and GPS inside a Day Planner Cover that I purchased at Staples for $10.00. The flight planner cover is rigid enough that it is safe in my flight bag and it is just the right size. It works well for me. I keep the remote in the glove compartment of the airplane,

Also on Amazon a case for the Kindle DX works well. It's felt padded on the inside with just a little rigidity. There is room for the iFly plus battery and connecting cord.
