Using Synthetic Vision to fly the "highway in the sky" through the boxes you can set up in the flight planning section of IFly....fun to do!  In a pinch, in low vis or at night, this is very helpful.  Might even be a life-saver if a person ran into inadvertent IMC some day...another great tool in the kitbag!

I think if you somehow got caught in zero zero conditions, you could navigate to the largest runway available and have a reasonable chance of getting on the ground and living to talk about it.  For me, it would be KATL.  Of course, before I did that, I would get a precision radar approach into KMGE.  I used to have fun practicing those on ocassion.  "Start turn, stop turn," etc.
