I was looking at the departure minimums for Sunriver Oregon (S21) tonight and it brought up the departure minimums for Albany Oregon (S12) . Just an FYI.

Here's the verdict on this as we understand it:

“MINIMUMS” are typically common for an entire state. So the same document will be referenced by a bunch of different airports. The user would need to page through to find anything that may be specific to their airport. We’re not duplicating the file, it’s just a reference.

Minimums are not specific to a state. They are specified by federal regulations but may vary by airport based on terrain and obstacles. They may documented or filed by state, I suppose.
