Simplified Flt Planning

I'm still learning the new features of the 720 which I bought at Osh (replacing my 700). Unless I havn't found the feature, any chance of an option of setting up the flight plan by simply typing in the way points in a single string separated by spaces the same as done in Duats? It seems clumsy and unnecessary to search for each individual waypoint...I know my waypoints and would like to type them in in one simple operation...

I would like the same thing -- accessible from the navigation screen with a single tap. That would effectively give you a fast way to enter a plan (single or multiple legs) when a person already knows identifiers and doesn't need to go through the search screens or multiple screen taps...

Guys, thanks for the continued prodding for this feature. We've decided to add this to version 7.5, which is currently in beta test and is just weeks away from full release. On the flight plan page you can touch the Add Waypoint button, and now you can enter a big list of codes separated by spaces- not just one. Just make sure you have "Codes" selected, and not "Full Text Search". Also you can select either "Airports" or "Navaids" or both. If both, you need to be sure and use the "K" for all your airport codes.
