Unless I don't know how to do this quickly, in order to calibrate the AHRS when the warning pop-up is displayed it takes 5 or 6 steps to finally get to the calibration window (menu, setup, alerts & warnings, ahrs alerts, calibrate).

Could the software be configured to go directly to the calibration when you tap the AHRS warning window? Nothing is currently programmed to that alert window.

Another point on this.  As I recall, there is no way to cancel the AH Warning window, although it can be drug to a mostly off screen location..  While the previously mentioned ability to calibrate from the AH Warning window, it would be a nice option to be able to close the window.  Perhaps disable the EFIS window for as long as the AHRS is deemed to be out of whack as well.  I know I've had situations where the AHRS was, for whatever reason, not calibrated, I was VMC, didn't need the AHRS/EFIS, and the AH warning window was a distraction that I didn't need on climbout from the runway, or for the rest of the short flight..

Agree, we should add a button to close this window, inhibit, etc - like a typical alert.  In the meantime, you can disable this feature Menu -> Setup -> Alerts and Warnings -> AHRS Alerts -> Pitch / Roll set to Disabled

I look the warning window as a reminder to calibrate. Just looking for a direct, quick route to the actual calibration. From the pop-up would be intuitive to me. Thanks.

I am now calibrating the STRATUX AHRS right from the IFly screen (Alerts) vs. going into the STRATUX app...much easier.

Seems to be working well, thank you.

Also easier to SHUT DOWN right from the IFly screen as well - this IFly app is ALWAYS GETTING BETTER, so THANK YOU iFly staff and developers!
