The area known as the Northwest Angle on north border of Minnesota is not included in iFly’s charts.  That area is important to many fishermen flying into that area.  Any chance that area will be added in future charts?

Is there a published paper chart that shows that area?  Or, is it shown as part of a Canadian chart of some sort?

Yes, the Northwest Angle region is on the Twin Cities sectional

If it's on the published sectional, it sure seems like iFly would show it.

It looks like it is on the U.S. Sectionals, but not depicted by iFly.  I looked on http://vfrmap.com/?type=vfrc&lat=48.941&lon=-95.348&zoom=10 and it shows this:

I'm not familiar with this area, but my Windows10 desktop shows that the Northern part of this area is indeed missing at all zoom levels.  There's an outline that disappears if zoomed in closer than 22:
