Simulator controls

Some additional simulator controls:

1. Be able to drag (set, reset, specify) your present position to a particular point

2. Be able to suspend or pause sim operation without affecting speeds and times

These issues came to mind while doing some testing on the sim.

The simulation starts at the center of the map.So I've learned to center my starting airport or a course line on the map before starting the sim.

Here's a small request for the simulator mode controls. Add a way for us to make a 2 minute left or right turn. This would be good when playing with the timed turns feature. Have buttons we press and hold (left and right) for a 3 degrees per second turn.
