I've sent 2 inquiries to Airgizmo asking them if they have any plans to offer a mount for the Ifly 700. They haven't responded to either. Anyone else out there heard of any progress along those lines, or an alternate supplier?

I am curious about the difficulties encountered with the Ifly700 supplied mount. I have found it to be ideal for mounting on the canopy of my RV-4. I mount it on the left side so it does not interfere with either vision or instrument display. The only downside is that I was not able to mount it on an aluminum surface. Overall it is an excellent mount.

I've used the supplied mount at several locations in the plane with no problem. I was just considering a panel mount to kind of tuck it in - a little more permanent installation.

We are considering a mount for the iFly 700 but have not completed the design.

It is still in the planning stages at this point. The software for the iFly 700 currently does not support landscape mode, which would be important for a panel mounted configuration.

Sorry, I meant to say portrait mode.
