IFly can display extended centerlines.
How about displaying the pattern complete with arrows indicating direction and maybe even, if user selected as an option prompting on turns and prompting on altitude?

I realize this could be tricky indeed at airports with multiple runways, different altitudes for pistin and turbine , etc, but might at least be able to implement for single runway airports and , for example have it jump out at you that this is right pattern and is 800 feet AGL and you.e at 1400 agl, And even warn much the same as terrain warning.

Part of what got me thinking about this is the common situation of finding myself going to the Ifly airport information and looking at the airport information screen trying to read the small print saying runway 21 is right pattern ...it Would be nice to just see that graphically ... Even as part on my magenta intended track right on the sectional view as an option screen when getting close..
The reason less likely, but something I bet many pilots have thought about who like me fly VFR:
Of course we don't go out in IFR conditions or when there's a chance of returning in IMC , but have thought about what we would do if unexpectedly I found my cell having little option other than to land in very marginal visibility.
In that scenario it would be nice to have Ifly's guidance help on flying the pattern.

We already show the traffic patterns. We show them in vector mode, realview, w/ extended runways, and on the airport info thumbnails. Go to vector or weather mode and zoom in to a runway. This was added early on back in v8. With the new v9, we'll we will add layers and show Airport diagrams over charts so thare will be improvements soon. I hope this helps.

I have always liked and used the extended runway feature, and now that the tp is given, that is one less trip to the airport/facility page within ifly. Occasionally I still need to acces it if I can't read the airport frequency, but that is usually noted prior to the flight. You don't even need to use the afd to find runway numbers as those are shown on the extended runways! This is a very useful tool.
