Some way to export flight plans from AOPA FlyQ web into iFly?

How about from other popular full featured flight planners?

I use Seattle Avionics Voyager (Registered version) and they are tied to FlyQ (AOPA). There would be a conflict of interest unless IFly received permission and most likely would cost some dough! I create my flight plans on my laptop and then transfer them manually and save them. yep, it is a slight inconvenience, but I like Voyager with all of the rich features. To date, I think Voyager is the best flight planning tool. I also have Glassview (moving map) on a Dell Venue Pro8 and works great, but the buttons, and other features are very small and the tablet is very sensitive (extremely powerful). I found Ifly for Android, and have found that in flight the program would be safer due to less distraction of finding buttons. AWM has the advantage there in bringup specific feature with their large button interface and ease of expanding the screen. Ifly has corrected that feature (rapid touch screen expansion) and is Grrrreat! Soooo, with all that, I use Voyager for flight planning and Ifly for flying with AWM as a backup on my Droid. If things went really bad, I also have an old Dell Axim 51v with AWM installed as last resort. By that time I probably would have already landed! Just can't wait until IFly is Win8 ready for my Dell Venue Pro8. That would be the overall winner hands down (very powerful machine)!

Great Feedback. I think you will be happy to hear we are working on improving our Flight Planning features of the software. We are also looking at way to possibly offer a downloadable for Windows devices like the Surface or your Dell Venue as well as other platform devices like the Kindle HDX and more. Stay tuned as we have some updates coming soon before we can tack this.

There is a reason why the Dell Venue Pro8 has advantage over Android and Ipad. First, the screen size is slightly larger than the Samsung 7 inch tablet, but smaller than the 10 inch screen allowing view of your instrument panel. Also, battery power lasts a very long time equivalent to I-pads 10 inch tab! If any part of your instrument panel (primary flight instruments) is obscured you are in violation of the regs - period. That is why 10 inch tablets have a disadvantage - not directly in front of the pilot. Yes, I-pad mini is preferred over the 10 inch in small aircraft. Over Android, those tablets get very warm and are power hungry (small units such as the droids (cell phone) are too screen small). I do use an inverter with the Samsung Gallaxy Tab 7 inch to maintain consistent power over long x-county's. Also, the Dell Venue Pro8 does not generate so much heat - a cool running babe! The only draw back of any tablet other than Android - no internal GPS. Android such as the Samsung series (tab) have internal GPS modules, everybody else you must connect via Bluetooth or a plugin Bluetooth device. The internal GPS modules (OK) of Samsung units are of the non-WASS type, but do work over 10,000 feet MSL. I use my Haicom WAAS Bluetooth unit connected using a Bluetooth app such as "Bluetooth GPS" (free on playstore). Can't wait for Win8 App! Thankx!
