I'd like to have a way to set parameters for traffic alerts. Specifically, distance and altitude relative to me for starters. It would be nice to ignore traffic that's not a factor because of location and direction, too. I see a fair number of alerts, even in remote areas that I'm thinking are far more than 3,000' away and 5 nm. At 8500' this weekend near Luray, VA I got an alert and the only traffic my wife or I could find was someone in the pattern at Luray. Perhaps there was a jet at 30,000' but it didnt seem real likely.

It's great to see the traffic on the screen but given the low percentage I'm seeing out the window, I'm thinking something is amiss with the way the alerts are happening.

On a positive note, I'm seeing traffic in some fairly remote areas, which I didn't expect...and so far, few problems with the ghost images.

Thanks,

Don (iFly720 and Sky Radar D2)
