Greetings,

When developing a flight plan, can you select a navigational waypoint as part of your flightplan? For instance if you wanted to go direct to an ILS FAF, is this possible?

I guess you could kinda guesstimate where the waypoint is in relation to the airport, but it would be better if you could pick the descrete point.

You can if the waypoint or fix is in the iFly database but (most?) of the fixes on the approach plates are not in the iFly database, at least the last time I tried it. I know that you can make custom locations but, of course, that's almost impossible to do when in flight.
