Where there are multiple waypoints in a flight plan the iFly guesses which one is next based upon which one is closest to my current position (at least that's what it appears to do to me). This normally works fine but sometimes it's annoying.
e.g. I'm north of the airport and the only runway with an instrument approach is Runway 5. So I pull up the plate and rubber band the IAF and one more subsequent fix both south of the airport. So my Flight Plan is now current postition > IAF, next fix then the airport. I'm actually still north of the airport but plan to overfly it and then approach from the south. Of course, the airport is actually the closest waypoint on the flight plan to my current position so the iFly immediately jumps to that as the next waypoint.
How about retaining the current logic with the exception that when you pull up the Flight plan and select a waypoint and 'direct to this waypoint' the iFly sticks with that waypoint rather than almost immediately switching from the one I specifically selected (and where I really want to go) to the one closest to me? Any thoughts?
