Just downloaded a new set of data for Texas, and the SIDs and STARs for T41 are back.

Brolin, have you been able to figure out what happened, so that we can have some confidence this problem has been solved for all airports and won't recur in the future?

Kent, can you update your data and then give it another try, to see if you're able to add your desired SIDs and STARs to your flight plans now?
