So I see the rate of turn but no "ball" or "slip/skid" indicator on the instruments page. Does that enable itself when fed that data?

Yeah, sorry, I mis-spoke...there's a rate-of-turn indicator, but no turn coordinator.

These instruments were added a few years ago when AHRS was first starting to come onto the scene, and the available sensitivity was relatively poor.  I'm also not sure which ADSB/AHRS devices include accelerometer information in their datastreams that could be used to drive a slip/skid indicator.  Such considerations may have influenced which instruments iFly chose to implement at that time.

Your posts may prompt iFly to revisit those instruments and think about whether improvements are warranted.

I have officially added this to the wish list,  This is a great Idea, and will be looked at.

Thanks. When I first saw iFly I was very excited at what all it did but also realized it's limitations due to the lack of air data and inertia reference data. Now that I have that with the BOM, I realize iFly is now the limiting factor.
