I hadn't noticed that the number of towers was gone (guess that means I don't miss it). Was it important? Not critically...if you've got a signal that's what's important...but it was "nice to know" whether I had multiple towers that could feed me or was reliant on a single source that could go away and leave me hangin'.

The display of the number of towers being received is good to know especially when approaching a marginal weather situation. I only find the number of towers on the present software release by selecting the Nexrad animate feature and then it shows up on a box in the lower left of the screen which also gives the age of the Nexrad data. It would be much more convenient to have it more accessable. I believe it used to be on an earlier version.

I'm going to be greedy and suggest that we put the location of the actual towers on the sectional, being able turn that on and off with a switch somewhere. Type of tower to be color coded.

Noted. We currently show the tower as an icon on the Vector Mode. We'll look into Tower counts and display methods more for the 9.4 or later release. Thanks for all the great feedback.

I am still learning ADS-B operations, but with my NavWorx 600B I am surprised at the number of apparent dead spots in reception in the SF Bay Area California area. At altitude in the Tracy area I am not getting reception for example (in the Big Valley) Also, I am not seeing much traffic showing up within the 30 Mile arc of the SFO Class Bravo airspace, even traffic called out by Approach. I don't think even when receiving ADS-B towers I am getting traffic on non ADS-B equipped Mode C traffic.
