As much as I like how easy iFly Connect is to use as an application, the advantages are considerably degraded when you consider that I have to dig out an old disused laptop system, dust it off, and fire up, God help me, Windows XP!

Isn't it waaay past time to port iFly connect into Mac, Android, and maybe, please, Ubuntu?

Just sayin'.

I've had this same thought for some time, especially the Linux part. It's a free country, and we should be able to use whatever operating system we choose, rather than being tied so firmly to Windows.

As things are right now, the only practical way I can do an update of software or charts is via my wi-fi. An update that would be done in less than half an hour (maybe 15 minutes - I haven't turned the crank on it) seems to take 1 to 2 hous. That wi-fi is slow!

It's usually a matter of market share -there probably are not enough Mac or Linux users to justify writing the code . . . .

I, too, would like to see iFly Connect ported to a Mac. I expect there are enough Mac users to make it worthwhile. I, too, use an ancient laptop running Windows 7.
