As I understand it, one must select an airport, then see if Winds Aloft information is available for that location.
I'd like to suggest that the "NEAREST" Winds Aloft be a default option, along with a note as to which airport that was generated for. This would be much easier than hunting through multiple airports until one finds one for which winds aloft are available.
