I have been using my Ifly plenty and love it my only real concern is the repetitive plugging and unplugging of the unit . How about an in line clickable on off switch like the one pictured to prevent damage to dc plug

How much would a dc power cord cost If i decided to hardwire the unit to ships power ??i

Absolutely, 100% agree. We need some method to turn the unit on/off without having to disconnect ships power....especially, when in flight. The present method of unplugging/plugging the DC cord is damaging in the longterm, cumbersome, and downright frustrating when in turbulence.

Request noted. You can purchase a DC cord for $12 + $3/shipping.

You can also use the remote to turn on/off the screen, which is especially useful for night flying.

Thanks,
Walter
