I called yesterday... I was very disappointed to learn that there no plans for Real Plan on the 740. I appears as if the processor or operating system is maxed out.
I hope that a "760" is in the works. There are many of us who have built our panel around this unit.
I was told that the majority of the users are using phones, pads, or tablets. That may be fine in a typical spam can, but try using a tablet in the confines of a RV with a bubble canopy and all of the direct sunlight, glare, and heat. I really don't want my primary source of navigation shutting down due to overheating. Not to mention that most of the newer autopilots require a serial data output for operation
