Instrument group problem

I can no longer find the custom instrument group I created. Normally, I just touch Instrument Group and all the stock selections plus any I created are there......suddenly today, only the stock ones are showing up. Also, the display of the available instrument groups is different. Did I screw something up? Thanks.
