My thinking is to keep the screen as simple as possible, so I am reluctant to ask for more. The green line that predicts your path is sufficient for my purposes, and as you said (and I already noticed) the L/R off-course heading box (top right) is an "OBS" to the waypoint.

Hi Walter,

Personally, I like your suggestion and thnk it makes a lot of sense.

Haven't given it much thought, but would it be possible to make this an optional feature. One we could turn on or off at our own whim?

Yes, there would be a toggle under the "Settings" menu to enable/disable the line.

If it could be turned on and off - like the distance rings - I don't see a problem. Personally though, I think it may clutter the screen. That is if I'm understanding it right - the current green line from departure point to destination would remain, plus the option of showing a line from current location to destination, one end of which would anchor on the plane icon, the other on the destination?
