Advice on how best to connect the 740B to my ACK E-04.  Is it simply through the USB port and is there an adapter of some sort?  The external antenna doesn't use the USB correct?

Thanks

What do you want out of the 740b for the ELT?  The GPS signal? ???

Does it take NMEA output?

From the ACK website -

The new E-04 will accept Bendix/King, Garmin aviation formats @9600 baud, or NEMA 0183 input @1200, 2400, 4800, or 9600 baud. The commercial model E-04C also accepts ARINC 429 high and low speed position data.
