Me too!

I am using iFly 720.  When I went to update it this morning, I got the message:  "Unable to access ifly servers. Please confirm that you are properly attached to the internet, or try again later."

I even tried reentering the pass word for my home wifi, but still no joy.

I left a message on 888-200-5129, and hope to receive a call back soon.

I've gotten that message a few times on my 740; but re-trying immediately has always made the connection.

We use Carolina Connect.

It was working great with the Nexus 9 tablet.

I can connect to the iFly web site with my cell phone and Chromebook.

Larry,

Brolin suggested I attempt to connect via another network.  If that works, he said it would point to an issue w/ my home network.  And if it doesn't, that means the problem is w/ the iFly 720.

I won't be able to get to a different network until tomorrow, I intend to report back.

Also, remember that if you have access to a Windows PC with an SD card reader, you can move the SD card from the iFly device to the PC and run iFly Connect to update it there.  (I realize this isn't helpful if you don't have a PC with a card reader.)

iFly Connect is available here:  http://www.iflygps.com/iFly-GPS/Updat...ad-iFly-Connect

You can also go old-school and use another device to download an update package to a USB stick, then plug that into the iFly and boot it up:  https://www.iflygps.com/UPDATES/CreateUpdatePackage

Thanks so much for posting that.  It worked seemlessly.  All I had to do was download and install .NET Framework 3.5... on my desktop.  Kudos to the techincal staff for providing this viable alternate pathway for updates.
