Thanks I'll try that next time out.

Another thing I noticed today which may or may not be related, on my PC and phone I noticed when I go to setup/sync devices (not that that has anything to do with transferring flight plans) that the list of devices shown is my PC,my phone and my old 720 (which is actually no longer on my account) but the 740b is not listed at all?

Thank Walter. You were exactly right. Turned off cellular and it immediately worked. Good call!
