No, exFAT is basically FAT64. I don't think that would work at all. What size is your SD card? You might need to get something smaller...2gb or 4gb...in order to use FAT.

Thanks, Walter. I've been using my 8gb SanDisk Cruzer. I have a 1gb SanDisk Cruzer that is formated to FAT. I'll start using that one for my regular updates. - Jim
