So, definitely an iFly issue. In the house tonight the iPad connects instantly and kept a connection for hours. The iFly just cycles between "associating with iLevel" and "failed to associate" - never connects. Not sure at this point. I guess my next step is going to the production software, however I'm pretty sure I have a production release installed.
