With the screws missing I would think some stole it.  I find it hard to believe another pilot would be so cheap as to steal an airworthiness item from a plane.

Dick, I am trying to reach the owner in FLORIDA and ask him/let him know...

I have never seen one stolen, but...it could happen.

Wouldn't it be somewhat worthless if it was already registered?

man oh man that just burns me up. if this is your plane and you bought it from us i can get you the serial number, then we can get in touch with uA to get tracking on it, then you can alert faa to take this scumbag down.

Hi Brolin!

Not my plane, but a buddy of mine who spends a lotta' time in Florida -- this is in PA.

I will pass along your comments -- let's hope it was not stolen....but it sure does look like it.  We have never had avionics stolen from off the ramp of our airport before, but who knows?

BTW, our airport just SOLD and turns over on 1 Oct 2021....it is going from PRIVATE OWNED, PUBLIC USE to a MUNICIPAL AIRPORT....
