http://stratux.me/ is the more "user friendly" website for the Stratux project. Chris Young is the guy who has been the main guy on the project since it started. It's been going for a long time...he may just be running out of gas, or it may just be stable enough that he doesn't mess with it much anymore. The github page is kind of where you can see "the sausage getting made", and keep tabs on development. If nothing's happening there...then nothing's happening. I poked around a bit and couldn't really find any activity by cyoung since v1.61 was released, so could be that's the end of the road unless someone else picks it up.
