Actual TAILBEACON photos...

-Just arrived this last weekend. Hopefully will have it installed by the middle of November.

-The TAILBEACON with iFly and STRATUX should be a great combo...and ALL for UNDER $2,000 total installed.

-The goal was to make ADBS work (IN and OUT) for under $2000 total invested/spent - it was done...STRATUX was $175...and the TAILBEACON was around $1800.

-Those of us on the bottom end of the aviation $$$ spectrum have to make it work however we can...

Any issues? I am going to take my test flight tomorrow.

OK, I do NOT hangar my plane - too expensive for me up here in the NE USA...

So, I am concerned about the UV rays, ice, snow, bird droppings, heat, cold, blah, blah, blah effect on my TAILBEACON. Any other concerns from you all?

A buddy of mine is designing a COVER for my TAIL CAP and TAILBEACON....we will show it here.  

I know I am only expecting about FIVE YEARS of use from this TAILBEACON before it fails, but want to S-T-R-E-T-C-H it out a bit and save $$$.
